WHAT: Training on how to use a mobile app, Loveland, to survey and keep track of local building conditions. YOU DO NOT NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE BEFOREHAND.

WHY: Residents can help with the Gravois-Jefferson Plan while contributing to efforts to fight vacancy and blight. Up to date and local data helps us make stronger plan recommendations and development decisions.
